Why eating live animals is evil

If eating live animals is morally repulsive to you, that's good; it should be. But it's a very real practice that is worth talking about. And not just for clicks and amusement.

Not long ago, I ran across a disturbing video of a partially cooked fish being eaten alive. No, the above illustration is not it—that is an AI-generated photo wherein no fish was harmed. But in the real video (one of which is below), the fish was still breathing as it sat, partially fried alive, on a diner’s plate.
